Burrill Securities supports WILEX in exploring financing partners

Munich, Germany / San Francisco, CA, USA, 02 July 2013 WILEX AG (ISIN DE0006614720 / WL6 / FSE) has engaged the investment banking firm Burrill Securities LLC as its exclusive advisor to assist the Company in selecting partners for the financing of WILEX’s projects.

WILEX is a biopharmaceutical company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Regulated Market / Prime Standard. The Company was founded in 1997 by a team of physicians and oncologists from the Technical University of Munich. WILEX’s mission is to develop diagnostic and therapeutic product candidates for the specific detection and targeted treatment of various types of cancer.
