P-value

Value between zero and one that indicates the statistical significance of an analysis. The p-value is the probability of obtaining a certain result or a different one, on the assumption that the hypothesis is true. The lower the p-value, the greater the significance of the result relative to the hypothesis. Since an examination with CT was the hypothesis in REDECTANE®’s case, the very low p-value of REDECTANE® thus indicates a highly significant statistical result
