The German Corporate Governance Code (GCGC) is intended to enhance the trust in the management of listed companies and disclose the rules of corporate governance. Both the Executive Management Board and the Supervisory Board of WILEX AG expressly endorse the Code and have implemented it with exceptions.

On 18 February 2009, the Executive Management Board and the Supervisory Board of WILEX adopted the current declaration of compliance in accordance with Section 161 German Stock Corporation Act. This declaration is valid until the publication of the next declaration of compliance, which is expected at the start of 2010.
